But you'd think that middle management will also do the same, including hiring managers and performance monitoring etc. But then, the ai managing those jobs would have to suck to not notice the jobs of their direct reports are being done by an ai! So assuming the ai don't suck, they will just fire those under them and just directly use an ai, saving wages. So in the end, the shareholders (who is in ultimate control) will just have hired an ai to manage and produce. |
