Cruse speed is 148 km/h so they should be fine outside of extreme wind conditions.

I suspect turbulence to be a significantly larger issue vs fixed wing aircraft.

One would think the incredible bulk of the vessel would dampen turbulence, especially as it operates at a much lower speed.

Large low density objects are more susceptible to the wind.

A large enough airship could overcome it, but this is a surface area to weight issue.
