Hard to know if the product works well/looks good (no screenshots), but if the site is any sign the product probably looks good.

As another health tech founder, I'm just curious: what's the pitch here? Why is this better than competing services? Is this for physicians to see additional patients they wouldn't already see, or to see patients they would already see but just digitally instead (to save overhead, etc.)? If the latter, does this interface with EMRs so the data from the televisit can be saved (the video, patient notes, etc.)?

Thanks for the feedback. You are correct, the pitch is that providers can see more patients, while reducing overhead and increasing revenue. The product easily integrates with any EMR. Deeper integration is possible through our API.

A bit more feedback: you might get more traffic for your Show HN (and probably your site too) if you shift the tagline/value prop away from a technically-oriented explanation of the product ("Simple HIPAA Compliant Video Communication for Healthcare Providers") to a benefits-oriented one (e.g., "See More Patients in Less Time — Televisits That Work with Any EMR" or something).
