Thanks for the feedback. You are correct, the pitch is that providers can see more patients, while reducing overhead and increasing revenue. The product easily integrates with any EMR. A bit more feedback: you might get more traffic for your Show HN (and probably your site too) if you shift the tagline/value prop away from a technically-oriented explanation of the product ("Simple HIPAA Compliant Video Communication for Healthcare Providers") to a benefits-oriented one (e.g., "See More Patients in Less Time — Televisits That Work with Any EMR" or something).
