Of course there is, I don't do website design or development for the public anymore due to years of dealing with problems like this, so I understand. It's not very professional however, and makes himself look bad. Just disable the site and remove everything you've done if you want the business owner to answer your phone calls.

Assuming he has the ability to do that and hasn't just sent all the code to his client.
If he has been able to change the page source, he should probably be able to remove it.
I guess it depends if the developer was also responsible for hosting the site as opposed to just sending a .zip with .html files in it.
I don't think he has access to the actual website. There's no link to channelsource.org from channelsource.biz.
