I hate these kind of services and the businesses that use them.

Can we please have software that helps take good care of customers, not shovelware that treats customers like numbers to be passed off to an AI?

100%. I'm all for AI being used "behind the scenes" but god forbid you make me talk or interact with your AI "chatbot".

I was recently apartment hunting and realized all big rental corps are using some AI tool to orchestrate rental viewings. I keep getting emails and texts from "Joy" (AI agent) from 5 different buildings following up with me constantly and spamming my inbox.

The last thing I'm feeling is Joy right now.
