100%. I'm all for AI being used "behind the scenes" but god forbid you make me talk or interact with your AI "chatbot". I was recently apartment hunting and realized all big rental corps are using some AI tool to orchestrate rental viewings. I keep getting emails and texts from "Joy" (AI agent) from 5 different buildings following up with me constantly and spamming my inbox. The last thing I'm feeling is Joy right now. |
