I hope they put a better connector than TB5 so we can cluster them properly at 1TB/S

I started writing a sarcastic comment to "prepare for $500 Apple-branded QSFP112 DAC cables", but realized (a) that's not too much higher than some already sell for, and (b) it's close to a linear scaling from TB5 price-per-bandwidth (not exactly, but close).

So I guess someone wanting that would be prepared for it.

i don’t think a 1TB/S connector would be too expensive at $1000

You can buy TB cables with a little screw above it. All you need to do then is drill a hole in the case and tap it. You can 3D print a template to make sure you center the hole correctly.
