based on daily information about another round of layoffs I am curios if employee engagement and employee recognition promgrams, employee recognition apps like Kudos, Bonsuly, Flaree, are still present? Is it important in your workplace?

HR doesn't care, leaders somewhat care. But to me, this would be important if it directly led to a pay rise or a promotion, and it doesn't.
