Excellent. I remember King Quest, Larry Quest and the rest and it immediately gave me the same nostalgic vibes.

They were actually called Kings Quest and Leisure Suit Larry. There was also Police Quest and Space Quest. Sierra Online really had some of the canonical adventure game series.

And Hero's Quest, later known as Quest for Glory. This was arguably more fun because it added RPG traits.
