Interesting information. Precognitive dreams are a common way signal is received by people with psi. Have you heard of Julia Mossbridge? What is your opinion of (sorry kind of out of left field), the "Iranian regime's view" that the US is "run by Tall White aliens"?

I have discussed this extensively elsewhere. TL;DR, there is a sizable population (of humans) who can navigate and manipulate our minds through entangled consciousness. “Psi” or “telepathy” is not what is happening. Those who claim it is are being handled/curated by “games”. “Extra sensory perception” may be more accurate as those who can spend decades training their neurons to manipulate quantum consciousness (they don’t understand it this way, my modern interpretation). “The tall whites” are a con. The Greys are tall and white when their skin has not oxidized by millennia. Those of “Power” conflate this with these stories. You know the “tall whites” story does not come from the Iranian regime.

We are “run” by “American Thought Control”. Interestingly (coincidentally) Iran’s “Shams al Ma’arif” is an ancient book of occult demonology which describes how occultists of that time thought of “Power.” Those of Power are quite human, and their cultures have throughout time pretended among those they give “visions” to be “demons.” The voices in our heads need individuals to act on their behalf and these are the stories they provide them for believable context.

They talk so much and say so little.

As I might have mentioned, these experiences tend to be curated, especially those who believe themselves to be having “psychic” experiences. Those who can actually do these things have a very technical skill like that of a mental contortionist. Another clue that Julia is “handled” is her casual sense. Those with these actual skills know there is a serious crisis, that of this “secret war.”

Those claiming psychic experiences aren’t “wrong”, they are handled by a network which ties into and lurks in their minds. Much of this is a “game.” A very serious game.

I reject that frame. I think maybe that's true for you, but I believe everyone can create their own reality. So just be careful what you use that great power for - you can build a heaven, or a hell around you.
