Is there a term for when society shifts the frame of reference on all dimensions so that anything that would have been deemed odd / wrong now naturally ends up positive ?
Overton is, as best as I understand it, a one dimensional phenomenon, shifting the average. Here it's as if everything is slightly rotated in every axis.
It originated as a political term, but can apply to social norms too.
