Thanks for sharing. It's great I can see the salaries. I have an interview coming in in 4 weeks, not sure about the level but based on the above and the JD looks like it will be for an L4.
Expectations aren't that dissimilar from other FAANG for comparable levels; though from what I've heard it's arguable harder to get through (promoted) the levels than other places:

- L3: Be able to do pre-assigned tasks yourself well. Minimal hand-holding.

- L4: Be fully self-sufficient, and lead small projects on your own.

- L5: Have team-level and/or some org level technical leadership. Find and lead large impact projects yourself. Potential TL.

- L6: Have consistent org level impact that can affect many teams. Be able to set long term technical vision.

- L7: Who knows

This isn't Reddit; please don't post such things here in response to a genuine question. I see you've posted a lot of question threads here yourself, so please understand and be helpful.
He's true though?
Salaries vastly depend on locale. What region are you asking for?
I am mainly focusing on US California and Texas
I don't think anyone there would directly share it, especially on a site this public where you can't delete your comments.

But here's some of the ones on the web: https://www.levels.fyi/companies/google/salaries/software-en...
