Expectations aren't that dissimilar from other FAANG for comparable levels; though from what I've heard it's arguable harder to get through (promoted) the levels than other places: - L3: Be able to do pre-assigned tasks yourself well. Minimal hand-holding. - L4: Be fully self-sufficient, and lead small projects on your own. - L5: Have team-level and/or some org level technical leadership. Find and lead large impact projects yourself. Potential TL. - L6: Have consistent org level impact that can affect many teams. Be able to set long term technical vision. - L7: Who knows |
