Having extremely little knowledge about the abbreviations (ITAR and others) in this article, reading this as a layperson, this reads like it amounts to a tax break to defense contractors (whether in actual tax breaks, or in just less beauracratic hurdles that no doubt translates to full time jobs). Or is there more to it? |
