If the only "customer support" a company offers is to talk to a chatbot, I think of that as the exact same thing as not having customer support at all, even if the chatbot can be talked into letting me talk to a human.
That’s plain stupid… “Even if the chatbot can talked into letting me talk to a human” - dude, this is what most companies operate on these days. You don’t get to speak to a human agent if you don’t have to. Most companies let you speak with their AI agent first, see if it can answer your question, and only if it’s not or you’re insisting to chat with a human, only then allow you to. You guys clearly don’t have a business or one with very low traffic.
Acidly insulting people who question your business model is a great way to drum up support for your business.
