Yes, changed country, friends and job. In the end, old family ties brought me back to where I started. It is very hard for a tiger to change it's stripes. I've gotten better results standing up, from where I am now. The radical change gave me life experiences for better or worse. In the end, it's hard to beat building roots at home. |

There's nothing worse than being far from home, communicating with a group of friends or a loved one through a language barrier, and realizing that you've been alone inside your own head for many years, to the point that the moment you step foot in your homeland, you immediately strike up an easy conversation with a random stranger.
