Please no, because then the draconian 3 months notice period kicks in. Truly an artefact of a time past. Take today’s date: if you quit February 1st, you can only start at a new place June 1st! At least 3, but up to 4 months of a continued work relationship is unattractive for both parties I’d say. (At least that’s the widely used rule; the law only specifies a minimum notice period of 1 month) |
