Totally not my experience. At most you get a phone number to call, which is a recording that won't even take a message.

Shopify would be out of business from chargebacks if it catered to consumers instead of businesses. They've become worse about exploiting businesses than Groupon, and that's saying something.

Usually, the trigger phrase is "chat with customer service" or "chat with agent". One can try that.
