If I get this right your product seems to be aimed right at the center of the PH audience, right?

It also seems like a lot of what you are doing is the good old fashioned hard work of marketing one would do for a product like yours. If I think of doing all this just to get #1 on PH it seems exhausting but most of it was you should be doing even if PH didn’t exist and it’s clear that you are not just hitting #1 on PH for that sake of hitting #1 on PH but rather you are able to turn that into being newsworthy and getting media coverage that is every bit if not more valuable, right?

Indeed, I think PH is a good 'forcing mechanism' to get your team out of 'product dev' mode and into 'growth mode'. A lot of the initiatives implemented during PH launch can then continue to be implemented post-launch. If you make it top 5, there's also a nice ripple effect of your app getting coverage by newsletter etc.
