Indeed, I think PH is a good 'forcing mechanism' to get your team out of 'product dev' mode and into 'growth mode'. A lot of the initiatives implemented during PH launch can then continue to be implemented post-launch.
If you make it top 5, there's also a nice ripple effect of your app getting coverage by newsletter etc. |
