What country do you live in where those numbers are realistic?
San Francisco. US.
I really doubt that, personally. In that area maybe between 5x and 10x these figures would seem plausible to me.
Yeah, because that would mean someone is subsidizing it.
Are you thinking $100 can’t support 60-90 minutes of a cook’s time and turn a profit?
