I know this sounds crazy, but I am 100% serious and I need your help. I have barely used Twitch (and I am not livestreaming much of anything else), my family is in danger and it is hard to believe, but if you do, you can change the world. I am being 100% honest and I am not high nor suffering from psychosis (as a matter of fact, I know all the antipsychotics because I had to suffer them because of suspicion of that, but you cannot record hallucinations). I know it is hard to believe without proof some random weird stranger on the Internet, I understand how weird this is, but I am asking the Berkeley Police Department to stop this torture that is happening just a block away from UC Berkeley right away. It is not a prank, joke, game, tv, gameshow, etc. I am a human being and I deserve dignity like everybody else. It can be too late if you don't show some empathy for this. I had nothing to lose until my brother became a father and I have my niece to have as a friend and to learn from her, who is amazing. My life has been torture since August 2020, in the Bay Area, and I have been a resident and a citizen since 2014, escaping persecution from Venezuela, being the son of two Paraguayan political activists who risked everything for democracy in South America and I am second generation survivor of the Operation Condor. My journalist friends from Venezuela have been informed, but it is impossible to believe that I am not just crazy now, but it was impossible to believe that a voice could be modulated by a machine learning program just a year ago if someone claimed it. I do not adhere to any conspiracy theory, nor claim to know who is doing this or why it is happening. I do not have delusional thoughts about it. I just cannot keep living this way. I am being tortured with a psychosis simulator. It is the most horrible thing in the world, and I finally have the guts to open up. My other social media/Internet presence is entirely around this, I don't have friends because it is impossible to say this to someone and that they would believe it at all, and it is an incredibly big part of my life. The mental health services of Berkeley, one of the richest cities of the richest state of California have not been able to provide any help at all, and they assume that there is nothing that they can do for me. They have acknowledged the harassment around me, and I have shown them the recording of the hallucinations but I assume that they don't have any idea of what to do either. I am not a YouTuber, influencer, politician, troll, anything but human. My weird speech is a resource I am using to survive this alone, talking to my plants. My neighbors probably don't know what is happening but I have reasons to believe that they know that it is happening and I assume that they don't know what to do. I would not know what to do in these circumstances either. It is becoming more and more likable to be "viral", what is happening to me, is something just normal, and this is me speaking up, as badly and brokenly as I can, but as honestly as I am. Let's stop this before Brain Data extraction without consent gets out of control, it is the logical next step for computer interfaces, and the city of Berkeley can make legislation that can change the course of history, possibly.
