Giving advice to people starting out to try and master hand stands is not a good idea. Other body weight exercises like push-ups are a great supplement though. If there are no weights involved, I'd recommend people just do yoga instead, but leave hand stands out for a long time. |

Now obviously I wouldn’t start out with hand stands since you need to be in pretty good shape (like a pull up you probably can’t do it unless you’re in decent shape anyways).
It’s certainly safer than having literally hundreds of pounds above your neck.
