Why? They’re not that difficult, especially if someone is there to assistance or you have a wall. It’s also a yoga position. Now obviously I wouldn’t start out with hand stands since you need to be in pretty good shape (like a pull up you probably can’t do it unless you’re in decent shape anyways). It’s certainly safer than having literally hundreds of pounds above your neck. |

I spent a very long time training for hand stands (pressing up) , it is an advanced skill.
In Ashtanga yoga it is considered an advanced level which some yogis may never achieve.
