In Germany, you can train to be an "Elektrofachkraft für festgelegte Tätigkeiten" - i.e. an electrician trains your staff to do a specific task, like hooking up the water heater. The problem is, plumbers already have more than enough work. They could do that technically but they don't because they want to move to the next job site as fast as they can. |
