Actually this AI should be called « synthesized work of human intelligence ». Because that’s all that it is. It’s created by us, feed by our intelligence and knowledge and is « usable » by our specie only and has no meaning by itself.
So it’s just like any other powerful tool, if should be regulated asap.
If ChatGPT weren't just remixing and regurgitating billions of hours of work by other people, it would be unimpressive.
