Actually this AI should be called « synthesized work of human intelligence ». Because that’s all that it is. It’s created by us, feed by our intelligence and knowledge and is « usable » by our specie only and has no meaning by itself.
So it’s just like any other powerful tool, if should be regulated asap. |
