How to Sell Website?

I own codesigncert.com and I am looking to sale this website so I can fund my other startups. I have tried all option available online but not getting proper pricing. We are generating around $100K per year since last 2 years with approx 20% margin. We are reselling product and we don't have any IP on the product just domain and website. Please let me know if any option available.

Can you define what pricing you are getting? And what you think appropriate pricing would be?

Obviously one would need to do due dilligence, there are a lot of factors that matter, but given that you are just reselling, and given that you are making around 20k a year, and given that your site is so easy to duplicate, I would not expect value to be terribly high.

I'd guess somewhere around the 2x profit mark, perhaps 40k,but that could come down quickly if there are factors you are not mentioning.

Pricing businesses is not really in the realm of tools because each business is different.

Generally speaking when you sell a business you are selling future profit. So the buyer puts up capital, and figures out how much return they get. They factor in things like effort required, future length of the business, barrier to entry, and so on.

From your description you have something that requires little effort, but which equally has a short life span and is easily duplicated. So worth something, but not a lot.

But I'm assuming a lot of things you didn't really say.
