His entry in the sex offender database lists him as a Sexual Predator, so he's on there for life. This is something he really should have disclosed in his post.

In most states, sure.

From what I understand, CA (for one) makes a distinction, with nonviolent offenses like solicitation and harassment not requiring registration. Rape/molestation constitute predatory behavior and require registration.

Not sure where flashing fits in or if this is even applicable.
