Tech stack versus what a company's looking for in an interviewee.

For instance:

- On our frontend we use: React, TypeScript, NextJS, and React Native

- Feel free to apply if you have experience with: Angular, Vue, or other frontend frameworks

Where do you get this idea from, are you a recruiter?

I'm not a recruiter, but I was interviewing recently and I liked it when postings/recruiters expressed the fact that "Experience in X is a must", "We're language-agnostic but use JS frameworks", etc.

Verbiage like "Backend: Python, Kotlin, Java, Rails", etc was misleading because I couldn't tell what exactly they used in their day to day.
