I'm not a recruiter, but I was interviewing recently and I liked it when postings/recruiters expressed the fact that "Experience in X is a must", "We're language-agnostic but use JS frameworks", etc.
Verbiage like "Backend: Python, Kotlin, Java, Rails", etc was misleading because I couldn't tell what exactly they used in their day to day.
