In the U.S. you have to watch it live on CBS/CBS Sports which means some sort of cable subscription. Paramount+ doesn't even give you access. Also there is no on demand replay, so you either catch it live or not at all. Outside of the U.S. you can watch it on YouTube but it's blocked state side.

Broadcast rights deals ruining UX yet again..

The US commentary team is so terrible... It has all the energy of a golf tournament.

Are DVRs still a thing? I thought they added copy-protection to video outputs (like Apple movies won't play on a non-protected display.)
I have Comcast cable and watch it via an HDHomeRun with a cablecard. Only "premium" channels are encrypted and that's mostly just HBO.

I use the "Channels"[1] software to record programs and save them directly onto my NAS.

Of course, all cable providers also have their own DVRs. And surprisingly, Tivo still exists. https://www.tivo.com
