Lots of people claim to do it on a fringe sub-reddit for internet points. If you are doing it as a non-hourly contractor, more power to you. But advertising OE as common place really hinders the paradigm of remote work. |

As long as it’s a salaried position and you’re getting the job done at/above expectations, the company shouldn’t care as much as some of them seem to.
