I know of one person who does it right now (not in the tech field). It seems possible in certain positions in some fields but requires a lot of planning, some luck, and a lot of work. As long as it’s a salaried position and you’re getting the job done at/above expectations, the company shouldn’t care as much as some of them seem to. |
