Illegal no. But it's usually in an employment contract that the employer must approve of any other employment. For board members it's kinda part of their job but taking on 2 full time IT jobs is not going to be appreciated obviously. |

I’m in the US. Ain’t got no contract for shit because companies don’t want to be committed to a deal with workers. The closest I’ve gotten to a contract is “don’t slander us and you can have this severance”
