LOL. That’s not how this stuff works, as any dieter can tell you.

A “dieter” mindset rarely leads to sustained weight loss because they rarely last 3 years.

Too many people go on a diet when they should really be changing their diet.

Even that doesn't work all that well - the metabolism adjusts. (I'm experienced with long-term low-glycemic diets. It's better to go off the diet once in a while to "fool" the body.)
