Using robots/automation for long and monotonous work is always a wonderful idea even from a humanity POV given the conditions humans have to work in peak hours. What human would agree to work under such conditions for so long unless forced due to some financial weakness on their part. |

I'm sort of torn when sh\+ jobs get automated away, as the premise of automation being beneficial overall is that increased economic activity creates not-worse opportunities elsewhere for the displaced. The financially weak are a cornerstone of our economy, I don't see anything better coming for these folks soon.
