I tried Stadia and really wanted to like it but I cannot get over the input lag. I play a lot of FPS so it really matters. Even in this demo I feel my aim is way off because of the input lag. I also get motion sickness with this input lag.

I also experienced a good amount of motion sickness, likely attributed to the input lag but also due to the narrow field of view which I couldn't find an option to change.

When I played RE Village I used a trainer ("cheat software") to increase the FOV, because it was giving me motion sickness. And I have never in my entire life felt motion sickness when playing a game (and I play all the time).

Yea but there are virtually no cheaters on streamed games so might be a worthy tradeoff?

If I'm playing Risk of Rain 2 on Stadia, why do I want to restrict myself from modding?

Not every FPS is competitively multiplayer.
