As an interviewer, imagine if candidates anonymously gave you a rating and answered a few questions about the interview (e.g., did the interviewer give you enough opportunity to shine?).

Can you imagine finding this helpful? How do you think you'd feel about it over time?

I think candidates need to treat job interviews the way they would buying a car: always be willing to walk out. Never be willing to settle for a bad deal.

Bad interviewers create a stressful experience, so I'd find it a bit cathartic to give my 2 cents after the fact.

But the big question mark to me is who are you proposing giving these ratings of the interviewer to and what might be done with this information? Could this conceivably be used to penalize candidates who don't like the interviewer on a personal level?

It would probably be even more helpful to a market of candidates applying for jobs. This idea has great potential!
