Bad interviewers create a stressful experience, so I'd find it a bit cathartic to give my 2 cents after the fact. But the big question mark to me is who are you proposing giving these ratings of the interviewer to and what might be done with this information? Could this conceivably be used to penalize candidates who don't like the interviewer on a personal level? |
