That is not quite fair; even though we did raise prices, we informed twice in an announcement to all users months before it happened giving opportunity to act upon it. We have also grandfathered old pricing for an additional year to all users that asked for it.

Nevertheless, glad you found MXRoute fits your needs and budget!

I don’t think you acted in bad faith but I don’t think your announcement, whatever it was, got to everyone. I mean, you have multiple people telling you they didn’t know about the large % increase, right?

I think, unless you acknowledge the issue, it's hard to have a lot of confidence it won't happen again. And that's not to mention all the licensing language people mentioned elsewhere. It just seems like using your service would require me to read all the legalese and revisit your website at some frequency to make sure nothing's changed.
