Not for me, I can't see the triangles. I normally would see a triangle next to your comment so I could up-vote (I never had down-vote). Something changed and I don't have up-vote anymore :) And that's both for comments and submissions.

Have you confirmed it in multiple browsers? Could you have somehow blocked that element through ublock or something like that?

Weird, I always had HN in adblock whitelist, but I followed your advice and installed Min - upvotes are there. Seems it's my error, thanks for advice!
