I think the idea is opening the discussion for privacy concerns?

I don't think you want to see your own but maybe someone famous. How many times have we read about someone saying something outrageous on Twitter and then deleting their Tweets after controversy?

I assume there's some kind of legal precedent that when at least one person has seen a threat that you're making, it's a valid threat? If you have no followers, make a threat, delete the tweet (that is archived by this site), would you still be held to have made the threat?
