I was reading up on the latest (?) one of these this morning. http://www.guardian.co.uk/tv-and-radio/2011/aug/02/dragons-d... I assume there's some kind of legal precedent that when at least one person has seen a threat that you're making, it's a valid threat? If you have no followers, make a threat, delete the tweet (that is archived by this site), would you still be held to have made the threat? |
