There are 24 hours in a day. Even if you spent 10 hours a day learning and working, you still have a small window of time for other activities as well. Time management will help you get both a "life" and professional development.

As an aside, for the comments here that genuinely mean well and mention seeing a doctor or therapist, I have some thoughts on that. It feels a bit ableist to recommend without knowing more about your background. If you decide to go, you can always choose to do so with full self-compassion. It is not up to internet strangers to assess your situation, and in fact, feels risky to me when what you've asked about may well be addressed by some time management tools. Having said that, you can use the responses here as a diagnostic. What are their intentions, and how can you leverage that in your life? Sometimes, when people say that an idea is "wrong", that's the best indicator that you are in fact on the right path.
