You're already doing light exercises which was part of the solution for me. The next step is a bad one - you actually have to turn the television off, it won't do it for you. I think also you may be a bit overwhelmed by all the things you feel you should be doing, to the point you don't want to do any of them. So try to forget about them for a while. Take walks in your neighborhood. Try to notice something that has changed, or is still the same. In a few weeks maybe the mood will strike to have a cup of tea, and do some reading. Maybe not, maybe next week you'll learn something new. |

now that i can choose when to watch things, i pick the shows i follow, and when i have time for tv i just take an episode of these shows, ignoring everything else.
