I'm not entirely sure I'm getting what you're conveying here. Are you just reminding everyone that change is slow to come, and to be pragmatic about these applications? (I agree with that.) Are you also claiming it's futile to attempt to change or push back against this interviewing process, at least through discussion about it? With enough push back, I do think it's possible that those in charge of hiring in the world might reconsider how valuable leetcode tests are to judging potential employees. |

I'd be happy to hear alternative approaches to conducting a technical interview, but no one presents any. There are 100 comments in this topic and hardly any discussion of what a good hiring process would look like.
