I should also add that i have spoken with the girl that had the position before me and this individual is 100% the reason she left as well. It got so bad that she was openly sobbing at her desk most days from his treatment of her.

Talk to employment attorney, even if expensive. Hostile workplace. Constructive dismissal. Employment attorney's have seen everything. They have good advice.

If OP is not a protected class and/or not being discriminated on that basis then there's no case. You are legally allowed to be an asshole to your employees.

I am disabled actually and they haven't been super helpful with accomodations. Seems really hard to make a case out of though. Feels like if i went to HR they would just find some other reason to fire me.
