Talk to employment attorney, even if expensive. Hostile workplace. Constructive dismissal. Employment attorney's have seen everything. They have good advice.

If OP is not a protected class and/or not being discriminated on that basis then there's no case. You are legally allowed to be an asshole to your employees.
I am disabled actually and they haven't been super helpful with accomodations. Seems really hard to make a case out of though. Feels like if i went to HR they would just find some other reason to fire me.
